As a start-up focused on doing the right things, everyone on the KarmaLaunch team is focused on our expenses. Watching our spending is a major factor supporting our mission to offer competitive prices and generous payouts for successful Launches. One of the many ways we're able to support this mandate is to utilize several automatic processes throughout the site. Production and Fulfillment
Re-sizing: Once a Launch has successfully fired, the artwork used on the product may need to be resized in order to fit both the largest and smallest sizes ordered by your buyers.
Adjusting Colors: Our network of Makers is comprised of true professionals in their craft. Should a certain color be unavailable for any reason, our Makers will work to achieve the closest color match available.
Substitutions: We work diligently to maintain the highest levels of in-stock products imaginable. However, despite our best efforts, we may experience an unexpected out-of-stock situation. Please rest assured that we will contact you and your buyers to let everyone know, and we will also fulfill any remaining orders with products that are of equal or higher quality than the original.
Launches and Pay-Outs
Adjusted Totals: Once a Launch has fired, we may find it necessary to adjust pay-out totals to reflect orders where insufficient funds or troublesome credit cards keep us from capturing the full order total.
Tipping Point: In certain cases, we may determine that although the overall Launch has not hit its intended goal, the sales to date and overall products ordered are still sufficient enough for us to Remote Fire your Launch and move forward with fulfillment and shipping.
Email Lists Unlike some sites that serve to keep you separated from your customers, we openly encourage you to build relationships with your passionate followers. There's obviously something that attracted the two of you, so why not foster that relationship by building it into the platform. As buyers check out, they are opted into a process whereby we store their contact information in your dashboard. Although we frown on excessive use (spammers will not be tolerated), we encourage everyone to use these email lists to thank your buyers or let them know something you've just Launched may be of interest.
Infringement: In certain cases, we may find it necessary to remove a Launch due to inappropriate or infringing content. The Launcher will receive an automatic email from us, as will any buyer who reserved one of the offending products.
